Who do I contact if I am having issues with my device?

If you are having issues with an XVAPE device of any kind, there are several ways in which we can assist you. Try reading the appropriate FAQ answer first to see if your issue has already been addressed. If not, you can use the following steps to guide you.

The most effective method of contact is to send an email to support@xvapeus.com with any issues you have concerning our products. This is ONLY for orders that have been placed through the website at xvapeus.com

If you purchased an XVAPE product from somewhere other than our online store, there is a support contact in every kit located in the back of the user manual. You will also find the authentication code which you can redeem through us once. All requests or issues can be sent to support@topgreencig.com if purchased outside of our website.

In order to save time for both parties, please email the following to the appropriate address as listed above:

1.  Your order number
2.  A picture of the unit
3.  The authentication code
4.  A description of the issue

Once we receive your information via email, we will reply to provide assistance and support regarding your specific problem. Our factory customer service center will respond within 24 hours to address your issues.

Why is my device leaking?

The most common cause of leaking is overloading. To avoid leaks and clogging, make sure only to load what you intend to use in one session into your device.

Why won’t my battery stay charged?

It is common to twist the coil into the battery too tight which may cause a short in the battery. Make sure to never over-tighten coils onto the device and keep the device off when not in use to save battery power.

How do I clean the coils on my device?

If you overload your device, it’s easy to gunk up your coil after several uses. To keep consistent performance, great taste and a long-lasting coil from your vaporizer, maintenance is key. Below we have provided a few suggestions on how to clean and maintain your coil in good working condition. 

Absolutely DO NOT poke your coil with any sharp objects or dabber tools.  The tools are provided for loading purposes. Poking the Vista quartz coil will likely create a crack (visible or not) making it susceptible to further damage and eventually total breakage of the quartz. With the titanium/quartz or ceramic atomizers, poking around or directly on atomizers can cause a short in the titanium coil or cracking of the ceramic coil.  Damage to the coil will cause a malfunction in the vaporizer device.

DO NOT ever over-tighten your coil to the device as this can cause a short in the battery.  To remedy this situation, loosen and only hand tighten coils and connectors.

The most effective and safest way to clean your coil is to hold the device upside down and dry fire it a few times in a row to heat up the excess concentrate allowing it to exit the pen onto a paper towel.  In most cases this will restore the coil to like-new conditions.

How often should I clean my coils?

The frequency of required cleaning is dictated by how often the device is used.  Use your best judgement.  A clean device will allow consistent performance, great taste and a long-lasting coil from your vaporizer.

How long will my atomizer last?

Again, it all depends on how often you use the device and it’s all about maintenance. Keep your device and coils clean and in safe storage and they should last you.

Do you provide replacement parts if something breaks?

Absolutely. You can find replacement parts for each device on our website along with full kits.
